Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of VizDrop, operated by ABCoreSystems at vizdrop.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaching it is a breach of those Terms.

It applies to everything you submit to the service, everything you generate with it, and the manner in which you access it.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use VizDrop to create, store or distribute content that:

2.1 Is unlawful

• violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or ours;
• advertises goods or services that are illegal to sell or advertise where the advertisement will be seen, including controlled substances, unlicensed financial products, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, and counterfeit goods;
• facilitates unlicensed gambling, pyramid schemes, or investment offerings that require but lack regulatory authorisation.

2.2 Is deceptive

• makes claims about a product or service that you know, or reasonably ought to know, are false or misleading;
• fabricates testimonials, reviews, endorsements, certifications, awards, or statistics;
• imitates a news organisation, government body, or regulator, or presents advertising as independent editorial content;
• promotes fraudulent schemes, phishing, or any attempt to obtain credentials or payment details under false pretences.

2.3 Infringes or impersonates

• uses a trade mark, brand name, logo or copyrighted work that you do not own and are not licensed to use;
• depicts or names a real person (including a public figure) in a way that implies an endorsement they have not given;
• passes your product off as another company’s, or your company off as another.

2.4 Is harmful or abusive

• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• contains sexually explicit material, or sexualises minors in any way whatsoever;
• depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or content designed to shock for its own sake;
• exploits a vulnerable audience, including advertising aimed at obtaining money from people in medical or financial distress.

3. Competitor abuse

VizDrop reads publicly available web pages. That capability must not be used against other businesses. Specifically, you must not:

• generate advertising that disparages a named competitor, or that makes comparative claims you cannot substantiate;
• scrape a competitor’s website in order to reproduce their brand identity, visual language, or copy in your own advertising;
• create creative that could be mistaken for a competitor’s own advertising, whether to divert their customers or to damage their reputation;
• use VizDrop to build a dataset of competitors’ brand assets, whether for resale, analysis, or model training.

Analysing your own site, or a site you are authorised to market on behalf of, is exactly what the service is for. The distinction is authorisation.

4. Scraping and automation misuse

The URL analysis feature launches a browser against the address you supply. You must not use it to:

• access any system you do not own or have explicit permission to access, including private networks, staging environments, admin panels and internal tools;
• circumvent authentication, paywalls, rate limits, IP blocks, CAPTCHAs, or robots.txt directives;
• submit URLs at a volume or frequency that would burden the target site. VizDrop is not a crawler, and using it as one is misuse;
• probe for internal or private network addresses. Requests that resolve to private address space are blocked automatically, and deliberate attempts to reach them are treated as an attack on our infrastructure;
• extract content for republication, resale, or aggregation, as opposed to generating advertising for the analysed brand.

5. Watermark circumvention

Watermarking is how VizDrop distinguishes a preview from a paid deliverable. Attempting to defeat it is a material breach. You must not:

• remove, obscure, crop out, or alter a VizDrop watermark on any output supplied to you as a preview;
• use inpainting, generative fill, watermark-removal software, or any other automated technique to reconstruct an unwatermarked version;
• attempt to access unwatermarked files by manipulating requests, guessing storage identifiers, reusing or sharing signed download links, or exploiting any defect in our access controls;
• publish, sell or distribute watermark-removed VizDrop output.

If you find a way to obtain unwatermarked output without an entitled subscription, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Report it to admin@abcoresystems.com rather than using it, and we will treat the disclosure in good faith.

6. Account and platform integrity

You must not:

• create multiple accounts to obtain additional free generations. The free entitlement is one generation per person, for the lifetime of the account, and multiple registrations to extend it are treated as fraud against the service;
• share, sell, or transfer your account credentials;
• resell VizDrop access, or wrap the service in your own product, without a written agreement with us;
• attempt to disrupt the service, including denial-of-service attacks, deliberate resource exhaustion, or submitting files crafted to crash or overload our processing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, prompts, or model configuration of the service;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written permission.

7. File uploads

The upload feature accepts software installers so we can read their name and version. You must not use it to store or transmit malware, ransomware, spyware, or any file whose purpose is to cause harm. Uploaded files are never executed by us, but uploading malicious content is prohibited regardless and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Enforcement

Where we identify a breach, our response is proportionate to its severity.

• Minor or apparently accidental breach: we contact you, explain the issue, and ask you to correct it.
• Repeated or unresolved breach: we suspend the account pending resolution.
• Serious breach (illegal content, watermark circumvention, attacks on our infrastructure or on third parties, multi-account abuse): we terminate immediately, without notice and without refund, and remove the offending content.

We may preserve and disclose content and account records where required by law, or where necessary to investigate a breach, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.

9. Reporting a violation

If you believe VizDrop has been used to produce content that breaches this policy, including content infringing your intellectual property or impersonating your brand, report it to admin@abcoresystems.com. Please include the offending content or a link to it, the nature of the breach, and how we can contact you. We acknowledge reports within two business days.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves and as new forms of misuse emerge. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
